ANOTHER YEAR, ANOTHER TRICK HAT INVITATIONAL
Mark your calendars! The Third Annual Trick Hat Invitational tees off on April 30th at 3PM at Trick Hat Workway, and you're invited!
This isn't your average golf tournament. Our Invitational is part tournament, part hang, and
built on friendly competition, great people, and a true taste of the Trick Hat community. Open to both members and the public, guests can choose their experience:
Spectator Ticket ($25): Come for the hang—includes Gimme Burger, drinks, live music, a curated vendor market, and a laid-back way to build connections.
Golf Ticket ($35): Enjoy all the party perks, plus join the Golf Tournament and get in on the friendly competition!
Want to take it a step further? You can add-on entry to our Knockout Challenge (a closest-to-the-pin competition) with a prize sponsored by Horizon Bank.
We’ll kick things off with drinks at Trick Hat before heading over the pedestrian bridge in true Austin fashion- a musical procession to Butler Pitch & Putt.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- HERE'S THE GAME PLAN:
- 3:00 PM - Meet at Trick Hat Workway for registration + Pantalones Tequila welcome cocktails.
- 4:00 PM - Team Scramble Tournament starts. All registered teams hit different holes at the same time. Lowest score wins. Bragging rights included.
- 4:30 PM - 3-Point Putting Contest, lawn games & vendor pop-up shops kick off.
- 6:00 PM - Knockout Tournament. Everyone’s invited.
- 6:30 PM - Trophy time. We’ll crown the champs, snap some pics, and kick off glow golf after dark.
- WHERE TO PARK:
- Trick Hat Workway - 111 Sandra Muraida Way #100
- FREE validated parking—enter on Electric Drive or Sandra Muraida Way and look for the orange-marked spots, then ask us for validation within 15 minutes of arriving. Street parking also available. Rideshare is highly recommended!
- Butler Pitch & Putt - 201 Lee Barton Drive
- Limited free parking out front, paid street parking on Lee Barton Dr, and additional parking at Palmer Events Center.
- WHAT TO BRING:
- Clubs – If you're playing in the main tournament or planning to stick around for open play, bring your own clubs if you have them. Butler will have extras if needed.
- Outfit – It’ll be around 90° and sunny, so dress comfortably in golf-appropriate attire.
- Essentials – Sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle, and your coolest hat are highly encouraged.
